Medway Local Plan 2003

The Medway Local Plan 2003 was adopted and became operative on 14 May 2003, replacing the Medway Towns Local Plan, 1992 and the Medway Local Plan Deposit Version 1999. Copies are available on request.

Interactive CDs of the Local Plan are provided free of charge when a printed version of the Local Plan is purchased.

The policies and proposals maps (www.medway.gov.uk/wwwlocalplan) are available online.

The price of the Medway Local Plan 2003 is £35, plus £9.50 postage and packing.

Local Plan monitoring

The council is continually monitoring the policies and proposals in the Local Plan and produces regular reports covering the take-up of housing, retail and employment land.

While these reports are available for purchase at the Compass Centre, Chatham Maritime, it is the council's intention to produce future reports in a form that can be published on the web site. Further reports will be added in due course.
