South Thames Gateway (STG) Building Control Partnership is a joint venture between three of the Thames Gateway councils, namely Gravesham, Medway and Swale, a cohesive partnership offering expertise, flexibility and professionalism in the enabling of building legislation.
Achievability, planning and pre-tender stages The partnership's qualified building control surveyors provide early advice on projects, including fire safety, energy, access and other building regulations issues. It assists clients by reducing the likelihood of expensive abortive design work and delays in the development process. This is complemented by in-house fire officers who can assist with the enhancement of designs.
