Business permits

Any business within a parking permit area is entitled to purchase yearly business permits for staff or company vehicles.

These permits will allow the vehicle to be parked within a resident permit bay within the specified badge area.

For the council to issue a business with business permits, it will need to provide the following:

  • a letter from the business, on company headed paper, proving the employment of the person for whom a permit is required;
  • a copy of the vehicle's registration document or insurance certificate;
  • a payment of £110.

An application form (pdf 25KB) for a business permit can be downloaded here. To use this file you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this on your computer, please use our advice page.

Medway Council accepts payment by credit or debit card, postal order, cash and cheque. Please make all cheques payable to Medway Council.
