Personal injury and damage to property

The council has a duty to make the public highway and other areas that it controls as safe as possible. While the council is not liable for most slips, trips or accidents that occur in Medway, residents and visitors can report a personal injury, damage or loss to the council using the details at the foot of the page.

The council investigates every claim and requires all claimants to confirm the location of the incident.
