Medway Council's main housing office is based at the Chatham Contact Point at the address below. There is a dedicated reception area, where you can apply for social housing, express your interest in a property using an electronic kiosk, pick up a range of useful housing leaflets and get housing advice. This reception is very popular and can get busy especially on Mondays and Tuesdays. It is open between 8.30am and 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30am and 4.45pm on Fridays.
