North Kent Housing Partnership (NKHP) is a sub-regional partnership of key agencies committed to the delivery of new housing and community investment plans in North Kent. It is made up of Medway Council, Dartford Borough Council, Gravesham Borough Council and Swale Borough Council.
The partnership is currently reviewing its partnering arrangements with affordable housing providers for the delivery of affordable housing in the sub-region. This will ensure more affordable housing providers;provided they are eligible, are able to operate in the sub-region. Currently, the NKHP's formally agreed preferred partners for delivering affordable housing are:
