The council has many simple payment options to make paying rent easy and convenient. You can pay by the following methods:

• Using an Allpay card at more than 40,000 conveniently-situated outlets, wherever you see a PayPoint or Pay Zone sign, as well as at any post office.
• By post - cheques and postal orders, made payable to Medway Council and crossed A/C payee only, may be posted to the address at the foot of this page. Please write your name, address and tenancy reference number on the back.
• By internet banking, quoting the council's bank sort code 57-17-50, account number 00000000 and your tenancy account reference number, inserting '07' in front of it.
• By standing order through your bank or building society on a weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or calendar monthly basis.
• Online.
