The council has many simple payment options to make paying rent easy and convenient. You can pay using the following methods:
- Allpay cards can be used at more than 40,000 conveniently situated outlets, wherever you see a PayPoint or Pay Zone sign, as well as at any post office;
- by post - cheques and postal orders, made payable to "Medway Council" and crossed "A/C payee only", may be posted to the address at the foot of this page. (please write your name, address and tenancy reference number on the back);
- by internet banking, quoting the council's bank sort code 57-17-50, account number 00000000 and your tenancy account reference number, inserting "07" in front of it;
- by standing order through your bank or building society on a weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or calendar monthly basis;
- online.
