mhs homes (formerly Medway Housing Society) is a non-profit making organisation, well known for its professional, cost-effective approach to property management and caring attitude to its customers. The society owns 7,500 homes in Medway, ranging from studios to four (and even a few five) bedroom houses. It employs 300 people to keep its properties well managed, maintained and repaired. An out of hours emergency service ensures 24-hour cover 365 days of the year. mhs homes contractors provide a quality repairs service and undertake major maintenance and improvements, including communal landscaping and a basic gardening service for elderly and disabled tenants. mhs homes also works with other housing associations all over the south-east.
