Other fee concessions
Planning on studying for an NVQ but not entitled to a 100 per cent tuition fee concession?
Make an appointment to speak to a nextstep adviser to find out about Level 2 entitlement. If you are studying for your first Level 2 qualification, you may qualify for free tuition fees, so will only have the registration fee and assessment costs to pay.
Fee concessions for Level 3 studies
If you are aged between 19 and 25 years and studying for your first full Level 3 qualification, you may qualify for free tuition fees, so will only have the registration fee and assessment costs to pay. Make an appointment to speak to the Curriculum Manager. If you are eligible, you will be asked to complete a self-declaration to confirm that you do not have a full Level 3 qualification and it is your intention to complete one.
The course directories and course information sheets show the fees to be paid. Please use the contact details below if you need guidance on fees and your personal circumstances.
Financial help
There is a fund available offering some limited financial support to learners who receive means-tested benefits and are studying for qualifications. The Learner Support Fund (LSF) offers assistance with childcare, travel costs, tuition and examination fees. Please enquire.
