Refunds are only given if a learner withdraws more than seven days before the start of the course. There is a £10 administration charge for this. Otherwise, refunds are only given if the Medway Adult Learning Service cancels the course.

Every effort is made to run all courses as advertised. If too few people enrol on a particular course, the service will attempt to offer an alternative course or an opportunity to join a small study group.
