The LA places great importance on transparency in all matters related to SEN. During any statutory process, parents will have access to appropriate written information and the opportunity to discuss their child's SEN with a named LA officer (or any other appropriate LA officer). Where appropriate, translation or interpretation facilities can be arranged.
