Medway Plus: Origins and acknowledgements

The Medway Plus Scheme was based on a concept designed and trialled by Guy Nichols, Deputy Headteacher at Rochester Grammar School. It was accredited by Medway Council and then incorporated into the Medway Progression Compact as a qualification eligible for UCAS points at Medway universities.

Much of the recent work has been undertaken through a partnership between Rochester Grammar School, The Thomas Aveling School and Medway Council for and on behalf of the Medway Plus Scheme and the wider Plus Project, incorporating a number of local authorities across the Thames Gateway.
