Country parks

From the M2:

• Come off at junction 4 towards Gillingham (A278).
• Continue in the direction of Gillingham. The A278 (Hoath Way) takes you over two roundabouts and on to a roundabout on the A2, the Tesco Roundabout.
• At this roundabout take the first exit. There are brown tourist information signs to Riverside Country Park: continue to follow these.
• At the first roundabout you come to on the A2 (the The Honourable Pilot pub will be on your left) turn right (third exit) into Ito Way.
• At the next roundabout, go straight on (Yokosuka Way).
• At the next roundabout, turn right into the Lower Rainham Road.
• Riverside Country Park is about 200 yards down the road on the left.

From the Medway Tunnel:

• Head towards Rainham and Gillingham and continue to follow these signs.
• Take the second exit at the Strand Roundabout (near the gas works) and continue along the road.
• Take the first exit at the next roundabout (signposted for Riverside Country Park).
• Go along the road and look for the brown tourist sign for Riverside Country Park about 200 yards on left.
