Laying out the equipment

There are 190 chairs and 20 trestle tables for the main hall and 50 chairs and 10 trestle tables for the large room.

The hirer must take responsibility for any decorations they wish to put up in the hall.

Getting into and out of the building

The building will only be staffed during the time specified on the booking sheet. Staff will arrive approximately 15 minutes before the function.

The latest booking time is for midnight, which means the bar (if one has been booked) must close at 11.30pm, the music must stop by 11.45pm and all the guests must leave by midnight. The hirer then has half an hour to clear away their belongings.

Cleaning up afterwards

Hirers should remove all the food from the hall and any personal belongings or decorations they wish to keep. The Halls Attendants will clear up everything else.
