This centre is situated in Main Road, Hoo. It is served by regular bus services 191 and 192 to the Hoo peninsula from the Pentagon bus station in Chatham and is easily accessible by road, with free parking.
The centre's facilities include:

- a 10m training pool;
- Echoes gym;
- a squash court;
- table tennis;
- mini badminton;
- sunbeds;
- beautician;
- children's birthday parties;
- Atlantis swimming lessons.
Both pools have Roman design entrance steps for easy access and a pool-side hoist is available on request.
There are many fitness and dryside activities throughout the week, as well as dance classes and of course, the swimming pool programme.
Party Gang birthday parties are also available every Sunday.
