Gym

Induction sessions

You must attend an induction into the use of the equipment before using the gym.

An induction can be booked by phoning the gym on the freephone number 0800 294 1295.

The induction will explain the correct way to use all of the work stations and equipment. You will then be issued with a gym card which must be brought with you each time you attend the gym.
