Swimming timetable

Free swimming

If accompanied by an adult, children and young people under the age of 16 years can swim free of charge during the general swim. People older than 60 years can also swim for free at these times.

The timetable below also shows when children and young people aged eight to 16 years can swim free of charge unaccompanied by adults.

Please note:

  • The pool will be sectioned off during swimming lessons, schools and club sessions.
  • Last tickets for swimming are sold 40 minutes before end of the session.
  • Children under eight years old must be accompanied by someone more than 16 years old at all times other than the specific times shown above for free swimming for unaccompanied children.
  • The swimming programme is subject to change during the school holidays.

Please note:

  • The teaching pool will be closed for swimming lessons.
  • It will also be closed from 2 to 3pm on Sundays if a party is booked.
