Class descriptions

  • Bums legs and tums
    Aimed at toning up bums, legs and tums. Stick with it and it works.
  • Aqua fit
    No need to swim for these aerobics and toning exercises in the shallow end of the swimming pool. The water helps to protect and cushion joints.
  • Aqua yoga
    Yoga moves with the added support of water for joints and muscles.
  • Body conditioning
    All over body workout, using small hand weights.
  • Circuit training
    Circuit room workout, split between floor work and weighted machines. Hard, fast and energising.
  • Yoga - Hatha,
    For both mind and body, relax, de-stress and strengthen physically and mentally.
  • Pilates
    Emphasis on postural and breathing techniques, this class is floor-based and suitable for all levels.
  • Step various
    Using step exercises to burn fat and get fit.
  • Aerobics for over 50s
    Varied exercise programme designed for the more mature client.
  • 20 20 20
    20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of step and 20 minutes of toning. The complete calorie burning and tightening class.
  • Aerotone
    Half aerobics and half toning for all levels and abilities.
  • Aerobic kickbox
    Strenuous workout using kicks and punches.
  • Chairobics
    No impact workout to music exercising your joints and muscles without stress.
