The following sessions are available:

• Early risers:
  
  
  • Monday to Friday 6.30-8.30am;
  • Saturday 7.30-10am.

• Casual swimming:
  
  
  • Monday 8.30am-8pm;
  • Tuesday 11.30am-8pm;
  • Wednesday 8.30am-8pm;
  • Thursday 11.30am-8pm;
  • Friday 12noon-7pm;
  • Saturday 10am-6pm;
  • Sunday 7.30am-6pm.
• Lane swimming is available during most casual sessions.

• Adult only sessions for people aged 16 and over:
  
  
  • Monday 8-9pm;
  • Tuesday 8-9pm;
  • Wednesday 8-9.30pm;
  • Thursday 8-9pm.

• The Teaching Pool is available Tuesday to Friday 12.30-4pm.

• The Diving Pool is open as follows:
  
  
  • Monday 4pm-8pm;
  • Tuesday 4pm-6.00pm;
  • Wednesday 4pm-8pm;
  • Thursday 4pm-7pm;
  • Friday 4pm-6pm;
  • Saturday 12noon-1pm;
  • Sunday 3pm-5pm

• The Diving Pool will also be opened upon request from 12noon to 2pm Monday to Friday

Availability is subject to lessons and galas. Please check before attending.

Swimming membership now available:

• £16.95 per month is payable by direct debit.
• Unlimited swimming during normal public sessions at the following Medway Leisure pools:
  
  • Black Lion Leisure Centre;
  • Strood Leisure Centre;
  • Hoo Pools;
  • Splashes Leisure Pool.

• Membership is for a minimum period of 12 months
• Please note that this membership is on an individual basis only.

Should you not wish to commit to a 12 month membership then we offer a non contract membership at a cost of £21.95 per month plus an additional one-off joining fee of £10.
