Strood Leisure Centre has three pools – the main pool, the teaching pool and the hydrotherapy pool. A whole host of activities is available, including general swimming sessions, adults only, fun inflatable sessions and a wide range of swimming lessons.
Children are well-catered for with Club Kaos and Party Gang parties.
The multi-purpose sports hall is marked out with six badminton courts and is the venue for Springer’s trampoline club and martial arts groups.
The centre has a third generation soccer centre, which includes six five-a-side pitches and one seven-a-side pitch, all of which are available to hire.
Relax and have a bite to eat in the friendly bar, where a variety of hot and cold food is available all day.
