The gym offers state-of-the-art facilities for young people aged between eight and 16 years.

Membership

Gym membership costs £15 per month plus a one-off joining fee of £30, which includes the first month's membership fee.

The benefits include:

• full induction to the equipment, in four separate sessions;
• unlimited use of the SHOKK Gym during opening hours;
• free swimming at the Black Lion pool during public sessions;
• access to the SHOKK website (www.shokk.co.uk) for exclusive advice and information;
• the ability to book badminton courts for free at the Black Lion Leisure Centre;
• a range of other sporting activities to enjoy.

Non-members may use the gym after an initial induction, which costs £30 and includes one month's free membership. Each subsequent use costs £3.60 per one-hour session.
