Storytime

These free half-hour sessions for pre-school children include a range of stories and rhymes. Some libraries offer craft activities too.

Teatime storytime

This fun session for pre-school and school children offers stories, rhymes and craft activities. Toast is served afterwards.

These reading groups are for eight to 12-year-olds.

Console club

Strood library holds a free console club for 12 to 19-year-olds fortnightly from 4.30 - 6pm. Playstation 2 and Wii games are played alternatively. Attendees get a chance to win a free game rental. Contact the library for the date of the next meeting.
