If you prefer to plan your own route, the Ordnance Survey Pathfinder 1:25000 maps are the best for walkers. Maps TQ.66/76 and TQ.86/96 cover most of Medway and are available from bookshops.

Visit the information centres in the country parks for information about escorted walks and events.
