Medway Council wants to hear from its customers

What do you think about the service you received?

  • Do you have any ideas on how the council could improve it?
  • Maybe you think another type of service would have been more appropriate.
  • Have you been treated as you would have hoped?
  • Are you happy with the service you received?

Tell the council what was good and it can build on that. What you say matters, you could change the way it does things.

To comment on any aspect of the council's social care services, you can:

  • print out and fill in the comment form;
  • talk, either face to face or by telephone;
  • write a letter,
  • send an email.

However, if your problem is more serious and making a comment is not enough, you can make a complaint.
