Adult disability services

Medway Council provides a varied range of services to meet the needs of adults with disabilities, supported by trained and experienced staff. There are six distinct services:

These can be used by adults with learning or physical disabilities who are over the age of 18 years and have been referred following a community care assessment by a care management team.
