The purpose of the Supported Housing Directory (pdf 818KB) is to publicise all housing-related support services provided across Medway that are funded through the Supporting Adults Grant.
The size of the directory indicates the scale of services available locally and will no doubt surprise many of its readers. The opportunities that this presents are plain to see. For example, one of the major outcomes the council expects is that more local adults will access these services.
The document is arranged by client group to keep things simple but any suggested changes to this format for future updates of this document are welcome.
