Comprehensive multi-agency service information is available by registering on Medway's Positive Parenting Network (PPN) website (www.medwayppn.org). Over 100 local teams and services participate in PPN.

If you need to make a referral or require general information about services for families and children, please contact an access and information officer using the details below.

If you have a social worker or care manager, please contact them using their direct dial number. If you do not have this number, phone the council on the number below and ask for your social worker or care manager by name.

Normal office hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday 8.30am – 5.15pm
  • Friday 8.30am - 4.45pm

In the event of an emergency occurring at any other time, contact a duty social worker on the 24-hour emergency contact number below.
