There are four Connexions personal advisers in the Medway Public Health Team. These personal advisers (PAs) are there to make sure young people are given the same rights and responsibilities as all other young people. The PA can support and talk to all services that a young parent may need.
It is not the responsibility of the PA to tell a young parent what to do. They are there to give information to help the young person make informed choices. The adviser will also support them in their responsibilities as young parents.

PAs can support young parents with issues like:
- housing,
- benefits,
- childcare,
- group support,
- education,
- employment,
- training,
- rights,
- pregnancy,
- health advice,
- sex and relationships.
If you need a listening ear please contact either:
- Alicia Dillon - 07920 793345 (Young Parents Adviser);
- Matt Butt - 07920 793339 (Young Parents Adviser) or
- Karen Halliday - 07876 145447 (Young Parents Adviser).
For information and advice on Sex and Relationships Education (SRE) contact Kerry McMorris - 07795 236280 (SRE Adviser).
