Annual Public Health Report 2005

Minding the Gap

This report, as well as updating information from last year, focuses on the major health inequalities in Medway and the planned and current action taking place to reduce these health inequalities.

This report is important for all those who can make a difference to the health of local people and is especially aimed at the local NHS and Medway Council. It can be used by services to think about the health issues they affect and what they are doing that improves health or at least minimises any harm. More widely, the Annual Public Health Report could be used by anyone in Medway to understand local health issues and then think about what they can do to promote better health for themselves, their families and their communities.

The full text of the Annual Public Health Report (pdf 1,081KB) is available to be downloaded.
