We are committed to maintaining excellent standards of
customer service. However, there may be times when you feel
unhappy with the service you receive or you may want to make a
suggestion about how the council can improve it.

The Local Government Ombudsmen are part of
an independent national service that investigates complaints
against councils. You can complain to the Ombudsman at any time but
they will expect you to have tried to resolve matters through the
council's complaints procedure first.
