The Strand Leisure Park’s outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool opens its doors for business next weekend. During the good weather more than 1,500 people a day flock to the pool, making it one of Medway’s busiest tourist attractions. The pool was refurbished last wniter, with CCTV cameras, benches and a new drainage system installed and the kiosk has been revamped. The pool's opening times are: Monday – Friday, 10am to 5pm Weekends, 10am – 6pm. During the summer holidays the pool will open from 10am – 6pm daily. Swimming pool prices are : £3.80 adults £2.50 children under 16years Under-threes go free. The season ends on Sunday, 7 September. Call Customer First on 01634 333333 for more details.
