Date: 27/11/2008           Category: Arts and Libraries

Experience an afternoon with the Glebe Quintet, Sarah Andrew and Fabian Kasper playing a mixture of popular and classical music. Songs include Andrew Lloyd Webber’s I don't know how to love him and Tonight from West Side Story. The performance starts at 2.30pm at Chatham Library on Saturday, 6 December. The Glebe Quintet is an amateur wind quintet, a mixture of family and friends consisting two flutes, two clarinets and horn. They compete in the Medway music festival and perform throughout the year. Joining the Quintet will be the talented young musician Sarah Andrew, a pupil at Chatham Grammar School for Girls, singing numbers from popular shows and Fabian Kasper, a gifted pianist with a love of jazz. Tickets are free but booking is essential, and refreshments are included. For more details or to book phone 01634 337799.
