The Mayor of Medway is Cllr David Carr. The Mayoress is his wife Kirstine. The Deputy Mayor of Medway is Cllr Ted Baker and the Deputy Mayoress is his wife Sylvia. Monday, 22 December to Wednesday 24 December There are no engagements on these dates. Thursday, 25 December 8.30am to 9.30am: The mayor and mayoress will begin their Christmas day with a visit to the patients on the ward at Wisdom Hospice. 9.45am to 11.15am: The mayor and mayoress will be at the Medway Maritime Hospital for a Christmas visit. 11am to 12pm: The mayor and mayoress will enjoy a festive drink with everyone at Pembroke House. Friday, 26 December to Friday, 2 January There are no engagements on these dates. Saturday, 3 January 7.30pm to 10.30pm: The mayor and mayoress will be at the Kent Music Youth Orchestra’s 60th Anniversary Concert. This will be at Mote Hall, Maidstone, Leisure Centre. Sunday, 4 January to Tuesday, 6 January There are no engagements on these dates. Wednesday, 7 January 10am to 11am: The mayor and mayoress will be presenting the Coffee Morning cheques to Wisdom Hospice, ADFS, Girlguiding UK and NSPCC. This will be at the Mayor’s Parlour. 1pm to 4pm: The mayor and mayoress will be at the Medway Link Official Launch at the Queens Hall, Corn Exchange Thursday, 8 January to Saturday, 10 January There are no engagements on these dates. Sunday, 11 January 11.30am to 4pm: The mayor and mayoress will be at the Blessing of the Seas Ceremony at the Seaside Bar, Winter Gardens, Margate.
