Oh yes they are! Tickets still available for Medway’s hit panto

Date: 19/12/2008           Category: Arts and Libraries

This year’s pantomime Cinderella at The Central Theatre has already broken box office records within days of opening. Starring Joe Swash, the newly crowned I’m A Celebrity King of The Jungle, the show runs until Sunday 4, January, and due to the exceptional demand for seats the venue has received a number of requests for extra dates to be added. Due to Joe’s other commitments in the New Year, this has not been possible, but the theatre would like to remind customers that there are tickets still available for scheduled performances. Tony Hill, Theatres General Manager said: "Following Joe's crowning and some excellent reviews, the demand for Cinderella tickets has been amazing and the box office continues to be very busy. But I wouldn't want people to think there are no seats available at all. In fact we have a choice of good seats for a number of performances around Christmas and into early January. If you call the box office they'll be pleased to help you. It's also worth trying for returns on the night for some of the sold out shows." Customers are advised to contact the Box Office on 01634 338338 to check availability or visit www.medway.gov.uk/theatrebooking ENDS For further information contact Lisa Caleno on 01634 338308 or email lisa.caleno@medway.gov.uk
