A number of roads in the centre of Rainham and Rochester will be closed on Sunday 17 April whilst Palm Sunday events takes place
In Rainham the A2 High Street between Orchard Street and Ivy Street, and Orchard Street between its junction with Broadview Avenue and the A2 London Road, will be closed between 10.15am and 11am
It will not affect bus services on the A2.
In Rochester the following roads will be closed between 10am and 11.30am
Boley Hill and High Street,between La Providence and Boley Hill;
and the following will be closed between 11am and 11.30am :
St. Margaret’s Street, between its junction with Watts Avenue and Roebuck Road; Roebuck Road; Maidstone Road, between its junction with Watts Avenue and Rochester Avenue; Rochester Avenue; and Delce Road,between its junction with Rochester Avenue and Cossack Street.
