Free, fun and healthy cookery workshops

A Better Medway’s chefs will be touring the towns during the next seven weeks to inspire and support families to cook tasty and healthy meals.

During the free cookery workshops, chefs will demonstrate how to cook a selection of healthy and affordable meals which are featured in the second edition of the Medway Cooks! recipe collection.

The new collection features recipes including sticky ginger chicken sticks, roast squash and leek pasta bake and tuna fishcakes.

The cookery workshops will be held at:

Tuesday, 10 April

St Margaret’s at Troy Town, King Street, Rochester.
