Half term fun at Medway’s Sure Start Centres

There’s plenty going on at Medway’s Sure Start Centres this half term to keep children busy. A whole host of activities have been laid on for families during the February break, including a cooking workshop, family messy play and even a pirate themed woodwork event.

Here are some photo opportunities at Medway’s Sure Start Centres next week:

Monday, 18 February

Lordswood Centre’s under 1s group is holding a Sponsored Toddle for Comic Relief from 1.30 to 3.30pm.

Tuesday, 19 February

Wayfield Centre will be holding a gardening club from 10.30am to 11.30am.

Wednesday, 20 February

There’s an Active Explorers Special taking place at Brompton Sure Start Centre from 10am to 12noon.

Meanwhile Deanwood centre will be having a ZooLab workshop for the under fives from 11am to 12noon, while Delce centre will be holding their ZooLab workshop from 1 to 2pm.

Thursday, 21 February

All Saints centre will be holding a Pirate Themed woodwork and craft event from 9.30am to 11.30am.

Princesses will join Pirates for a Trendy Totz Special (fancy dress optional) at Brompton Centre from 10.30am to 11.30am.

Children under 8 will get busy with a craft session at the Oaklands centre from 10.30 to 11.30am.

And there’s a Cooking workshop on the menu at Delce Sure Start Centre from 10am to 11.30am.

Friday, 22 February

Wayfield Sure Start Centre will be holding a Messy Play session from 10am to 11am.
