Russell Howard's adventures at The Central Theatre

Date: 28/01/2008           Category: Arts and Libraries

Mock The Week regular, Russell Howard, brings his sell-out tour Adventures to The Central Theatre, Chatham on Saturday, 23 February, 7.30pm. As well as his Mock The Week commitments, Howard is a familiar face on Never Mind The Buzzcocks and hosts his own Sunday show on BBC6 Music. However, it's onstage where Howard first made his name. He appeared on Channel 4's So You Think You're Funny as a 19-year-old and has since sold out shows around the world and earned nominations at Edinburgh's Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Howard is a sharp and irrepressible raconteur and improviser, who employs his audience as much as his wonderfully warped mind, to create journeys spun with comedy gold. This show will contain material of an adult nature. Tickets are £15. Bookings can be made by calling box office on 01634 338338, emailing boxoffice@medway.gov.uk or visiting www.medway.gov.uk/theatres.
