Buggy-push gets mums out and about

Buggy-push walks have been organised in a bid to encourage mums to get out and about with their children. The walks are being run by Medway Primary Care Trust, and take place on the following dates: 10.15am on Thursday, 14 February meeting at Keystone Centre, Gun Lane, Strood for a walk to Rochester Healthy Living Centre. 10am on Friday, 29 February meeting at Shorne Country Park. Refreshments in the café afterwards. 10am on Friday, 29 February meeting at Keystone Centre, Gun Lane, Strood for a circular walk around Strood with refreshments back at the Keystone Centre afterwards. 10am Wednesday, 19 March meeting at Jepson’s Park, Singlewell Road, Gravesend. 10am Wednesday, 2 April meeting at Keystone Centre, Gun Lane, Strood for a walk to Rochester, and along the Esplanade, with refreshments in local café.
