Monomouse can help An electronic magnifying glass to help library visitors read small print made its debut at Chatham Library last week. Called Monomouse, it looks like a computer mouse and whatever it’s moved over appears enlarged on a video screen. It’s perfect for reading newspapers, magazines, books, bank statements, letters and bills. There is a Monomouse at Chatham, Hoo and Twydall libraries and it’s free to use. Find out more about Kent A talk called Grassroots Politics in Kent in the 19th and 20th Centuries will be given by Professor David Killingray at the Medway Archives and Local Studies Centre, Civic Centre, Strood, on Tuesday 26 February.
