Festivals and other local events
Alongside our holiday workshops, we can often be found offering
fun, free, drop-in workshops for families at major Medway events.
These extremely popular activities usually take place in tents or
outdoors and operate on a first-come-first-served basis.
We regularly appear at the Medway Mile, Will Adams Festival,
Capstone Festival and English Festival, as well as the Arts Team’s
own Fuse Medway Festival. This
is a great way for families to try arts and crafts for the first
time and to find out more about what the Arts Team has to offer.
Just look out for us in our bright pink t-shirts and join us for
some creative fun.
Throughout the year there are always several opportunities for
young people, families or the wider community to get involved in
exciting special projects. These projects are almost always
free to join as the result of successful funding applications or
valuable partnerships with other organisations.
