Swimming pool information

Hundred of Hoo Leisure Centre has a 25 metre, swimming pool. The shallow end has a depth of 0.85 metre which shelves to a depth of two metres. There is a 10 metre teaching pool with steps across the shallow end to allow easy access with a maximum depth of 0.86 metres.

Free swimming

Free swimming is available for under-11s and over-60s living in Medway during normal opening times. Club sessions are not included.

To take up the offer, residents will need proof that they live in Medway and will be able to do this with a free Medway City Card.

How to get there

The Hundred of Hoo Leisure Centre is situated on the Main Road, Hoo. It is served by regular bus services 191 and 796 to the Hoo peninsula from the Chatham Waterfront bus station and is easily accessible by road with free parking. The Hundred of Hoo leisure centre currently has CCTV in operation. A Bicycle only parking area is also available.
