Free swimming

Free swimming is available at all five of the council’s leisure centres for under-11s and over-60s living in Medway during normal opening times. Club sessions etc are not included. To take up the offer, residents will need proof that they live in Medway and will be able to do this with a free Medway City Card.

Fun for everyone

If you fancy a bite to eat or a refreshment, visit Shorts Bar.

Kicks Soccer Centre 3G offers all weather 5-a-side football pitches.

Check out all the activities for children at Strood Leisure Centre. There's plenty for them to do, from swimming to trampolining. The Highly Sprung Trampolining Club is based at Strood.

Strood Leisure Centre specialises in corporate days. Companies can say thank you to their staff or entertain special clients with a full day of activities and pampering. Why not combine the day with a training session and use the fully-equipped meeting room?

Online booking

Badminton and squash sessions and Kicks football pitches may be booked online. Members may book up to six days in advance and non-members three days in advance.
