Enquiry service

Photo of booksIf you are unable to visit Medway Archives and Local Studies Centre, a limited enquiry service is available. Staff can devote up to 20 minutes to an enquiry and there is a minimum charge of £7.00 for any photocopies.

Enquiries can be in writing or by email using the contact details below. Please state clearly what information you are looking for and any information you already have, including resources used, that might assist the researcher.

If you send an enquiry by email an acknowledgement will be sent within five days. Please allow a further 10 working days for a full reply.

A list of Local Record Agents, who will undertake more extensive and detailed research for a fee, is available on CityArk.
