eBooks and eAudiobook downloads
Library card holders can borrow and download eBooks and
eAudiobooks free of charge. You must have a library card
issued by Medway Libraries, rather then one of our
partner library authorities, to access our eBook
collection.
One Click Digital for eAudiobooks
Medway Libraries subscribe to an eAudiobook download
service, One
Click Digital.
You will need software
for the device you wish to download to. Use your library card to
set up a One
Click Digital account.
Overdrive for eBooks and eAudiobooks
Download Library eBooks and eAudiobooks from the eBook catalogue.
You can download to PC, Mac®, and many mobile devices
once you have installed the free software. Visit
the Overdrive resource
centre for a full list of compatible devices.
For eAudiobooks this is OverDrive® Media Console™ and to
read eBooks you will need Adobe® Digital Editions. Titles can
be enjoyed immediately or transferred to a variety of devices,
including iPod®, Sony® Reader™ and many others.
Some audio titles can also be burned to CD to listen on-the-go.
Titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending period.
There are no late fees!
