Medway mobile library service

Bringing you books and more         Photo of mobile library

Mobile libraries carry a wide range of material including:

  • fiction;
  • non-fiction;
  • books for children of all ages;
  • books in large print;
  • spoken word cassettes and CDs.

You can ask the mobile library staff to try to obtain items not immediately available on the vehicle. They can also help with your general enquiries.

Once you have joined the library, after producing evidence of name and address, you can borrow up to 30 items. You may keep them for up to one month. Although fines are not charged on items which are returned late to the mobile library, borrowers are asked to request a renewal of the loan period.
