Ancestry is an
invaluable tool for anybody researching their family history. There
are currently more than 4billion records available to
search using this amazing resource. From historical censuses and
parish records, to military records and passenger lists, your
family's past is waiting to be discovered.
Ancestry library edition can be accessed for free from the
public access computers in any Medway library and at Medway Archives and Local Studies
Centre (MALSC).

CityArk, the online catalogue of the Medway Council
Archives Service based at MALSC, is intended for family historians,
local historians, students, teachers, businesses, colleagues in
local government and casual browsers, wherever they may live or
