All activities take place at Medway Park sports centre, Gillingham, on Wednesday, 21 June 2017.

Mummies' Morning at Medway Park

Join us for a free Buggy Mumma and/or Tough Mumma bootcamp session, running alongside our regular Wednesday morning pre-school Rollabout play session.

Rollabout, 10.15am-11.45am

Our regular morning pre-schoolers Rollabout play session from 10.15am to 11.45am will be free for the day, and we will be laying on free refreshments too. So why not come along for a free cuppa and chat to our team about ways of getting active as a new or busy mum/childminder while the little ones let off some steam on our play equipment?

Free outdoor Tough Mumma fitness class, 10.45am-11.30am

A fun-filled fitness session suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels (minimum five months post-natal). A good workout and lots of laughs guaranteed.

Session being led by Michelle from FabulouslyFit. Please note you will need to make your own childcare arrangements or bring someone with you to supervise your child while you exercise. Trainers and comfortable sports clothing essential. Complete the Tough Mumma Pre Exercise Health Questionnaire.

Buggy Mumma class, 11.45am-12.30pm

Buggy Mumma is an outdoor exercise class for new mummies (after your 6/8 week GP check and when you feel well and ready). Specialist tried-and-tested non-impact strengthening exercises that you can do while pushing your baby in a buggy. Trainers and comfortable clothing essential. Session being led by Michelle from FabulouslyFit. Complete the Buggy Mumma Pre Exercise Health Questionnaire.

Toddle Waddle and picnic, 11.45am

For those with little ones on the move who can't join in with Buggy Mumma. We will lead a short Toddle Waddle with the grown ups and children around the Medway Park track after the Rollabout session at 11.45am.

Then why not bring along a picnic and join us in the sunshine outside by the track afterwards?
