New! Training Pathways

Training Pathways are a series of training programmes which are designed to help you along the route to achieving your personal fitness goals. Pathways are currently available at Medway Park and are included in all Medway Sport memberships, at no additional charge – so giving you even better value for money.

All of our pathways are tailored to you achieving your personal goals with specific measures to monitor and guide your progress.

 

There are four pathways to choose from:

Prepare to Exercise

This pathway has been specially devised for those who are new or returning to exercise.

Weight loss
This pathway has been specially devised to ensure that you achieve your weight loss goals.
Muscle gain and tone
This pathway has been specially devised to ensure that you achieve your muscle gain goals.

Physical Performance

This pathway has been specially devised to ensure that you achieve your general fitness or specific physical/sporting performance goals.

Each pathway is devised following a consultation with your fitness specialist and will include regular monitoring and review. The team are on hand to give advice on technique, diet and to support you along the way.
