The games were organised by Medway's sports development team who were instrumental in enabling every child to take part in competitive sport while in a friendly environment. The games were made possible thanks to a successful application to Medway’s Youth Opportunities Fund from Bradfields school pupil, Lee Monk. |
Lee, from Rochester applied to the fund so that Medway could hold its first ever Disability Youth Games.
The games were a great success and will feature on Medway's sporting calendar again next year.
